How To Get Tincture Of Queensfoil

The new Dreaming City location for the Forsaken expansion of Destiny 2 has brought a new and exclusive item that guardians can collect and use in their fight against the forces of the Darkness that threaten the universe of Destiny 2: Forsaken. This new item in the Tincture of Queensfoil and it allows players to see between the dimensions of the worlds.

The Tincture of Queensfoil is a necessity in finding those valuable Ascendant Chests and completing the Ascendant Challenges for our Awoken ally of Petra Venj, so knowing how and where to find and collect the Tincture of Queensfoil in Destiny 2: Forsaken is something all guardians need to know.

How to Get Tincture of Queensfoil in Destiny 2: Forsaken

The easiest and most straight forward method of acquiring more Tincture of Queensfoil is to purchase more, but there are three other routes you can take in order to add more of the new and exclusive item to your Destiny 2: Forsaken inventory.

These three other methods for acquiring Tincture of Queensfoil can be found below.

- Collected Ascendant Chests

- Rewarded from Ascendant Challenges

- Purchase from Huginn for 50 Baryon Boughs

The first two options of the above methods will require guardians to already have some Tincture of Queesnfoil in their inventory in order to complete. However, this should be no problem to Destiny 2: Forsaken players who have completed a few quests and bounties in the Dreaming City already where a reward of Tincture of Queensfoil was likely already awarded to players.

If you are more inclined to rather empty your pockets and purchase some of the new item that the Forsaken expansion has introduced to the world of Destiny 2, your best bet will be to head to Huginn and purchase some supply of the item.

Players will be able to find Huginn, whose identity of a skull will likely surprise and possibly creep you out, below the area of the Dreaming City called Rheasilvia. You can reach the area of Rheasilvia through either traveling in the above ground route that will force you to fight groups of enemies or by taking the route that goes through the portal network of the Dreaming City. We advise Destiny 2: Forsaken guardians to take the underground portal network in their quest to purchase more Tincture of Queensfoil from Huginn, as it works out to be much faster and safer.

How to Find Huginn to Purchase Tincture of Queensfoil

To find Huginn in the Dreaming City in order to buy more Tincture of Queensfoil your Destiny 2 inventory spawn in at the Divalian Mists fast travel point. Once you have done this make sure you veer slightly right to make your way through the valley out in front of the large door in the Mountain (you can't miss it).

Guardians will then need to make their way left through the blue crystal cave and follow the path towards the Spine of Keres which is the location of the first mission that players took on in the Dreaming City. Stay close to the left side of the area to locate a bride but do not make your way across it. Instead you will need to drop down the right-side of the bridge and follow the path into the mountain to locate a portal.

You will then need to pass through the portal and take a left to continue through the hallways. Makes sure to then cut across the room with the giant crystal in the back of it and take the left set of stairs in The Confluence. Following this hallway will bring you past a very creepy yet interesting statue and into the Harbinger's Seclude. Another portal will then be found in the back left corner of this room. Take this portal and it will transport you to the caves. Destiny 2: Forsaken guardians will then need to exit the caves and take a left to make their way across an open area where a door on the right will be your final destination.
